Trust Fund

After celebrating St. John’s Christian Secondary School (SJCSS) 57 th Anniversary, the SJCSS Trust Fund (Trust Fund), which was established in February 2020 under the initiative of our recently deceased Patriarch, Brother George, is moving forward with the plans that were developed to improve the school so that the students will be able to receive a high level of education to enable them to be successful in life.

To achieve the objectives to enhance the School, the Trust Fund has established the following sub-committees, and is seeking volunteers from the Alumni body to serve on them:

Sub-Committee

Functions and Activities Include:

Strategic Planning & Fundraising

Develop strategic plans including goals and objectives to provide sustainable support for SJCSS’s projects and
activities; develop fundraising models and execute fundraising campaigns.

General Membership & Public Relations

Develop campaigns to recruit alumni to participate in alumni and school’s activities; Promote the school to internal and external stakeholders.

Activities

Coordination and support for all SJCSS/SJCSST approved activities such as anniversaries, graduations, and other events.

Projects & Resource

Research, analyze and recommend action plans for approved projects.
Oversee the implementation and monitoring of approved projects.

Communication, Website & Social-Media

Obtain inputs from Alumni; develop and maintain website and other social media platforms; develop logos, taglines etc.

Archive

Identify Alumni that have school historical content; develop, document and maintain historical archive.

The form on the Alumni page is designed to capture your information to facilitate the communication process between the Trust Fund and Alumni. You should also use the form to indicate your willingness to volunteer to serve on one of the above sub-committees or other SJCSS-related activities.
